We want your Dryganic order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on processing times, charges, and delivery expectations across India.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national and public holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times vary by location: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days. Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote or North-East locations: 7–10 business days. These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (festive seasons, etc.).
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all orders across India, regardless of order value. Shipping charges are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. All product prices are exclusive of GST. A 5% GST (as applicable under HSN 0813 for dehydrated fruits) is added at checkout on the product value.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India. A COD fee of ₹49 applies to all COD orders, in addition to the flat ₹99 shipping fee. This fee covers the additional logistics risk of cash collection and returns. You can avoid this fee by choosing online payment at checkout. The applicable charges are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted Indian logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and Ecom Express, depending on your delivery location. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your pin code.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to reflect on the carrier's portal after dispatch. You can also track your order from your Account dashboard.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team at dryganicproducts@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged packages, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier and, upon confirmation, dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address including house/flat number, locality, city, state, and PIN code is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Dryganic is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at dryganicproducts@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier partner will typically attempt redelivery 1–2 more times. After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or contact the courier using the tracking details to reschedule.
