Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options regarding cancellations, refunds, and resolution of issues with your order.
No Return Policy
All sales at Dryganic are final. We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered. Our products are consumable food items, and for hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returned goods under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at dryganicproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once an order has been packed or handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation is not possible. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved: For online payments (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking via Razorpay), the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that were cancelled before dispatch (i.e., no payment was collected), no refund is applicable. If a COD order was cancelled after payment was collected by the courier, please contact us and we will initiate a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after collecting your bank details.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take strict quality control measures, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dryganicproducts@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable — at no additional cost to you. This is our commitment in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please raise a complaint with us within 48 hours. We will investigate with our logistics partner. If confirmed as lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that Dryganic is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for a refund or replacement: Products that have been delivered in good condition and meet the description on our website; Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery; Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery; Orders where the cancellation request was made after 24 hours from the time of order or after dispatch.
How We Process Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2–3 business days on our end. After processing, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
